Email registration alone does not start a trial. Server checks must approve access.\n\n\n\n\nWill I be charged after 30 days?Yes. With a payment method supplied at checkout, $99 USD/month begins automatically after the trial and continues until canceled. Cancel before expiry to avoid the first charge.\n\n\n\n\nHow do I cancel?Sign in, open Account and choose Manage billing / cancel subscription. Follow Stripe’s cancellation flow and retain the confirmation. Closing the app does not cancel billing.\n\n\n\n\nCan I reuse a card or billing address for another trial?Trial checks use prior history, normalized billing details and Stripe fingerprints where available. Duplicate trials are rejected. Contact support if a shared billing arrangement causes a false match.\n\n\n\n\nWhat happens if a payment fails?Stripe follows the merchant’s configured payment-recovery settings. App access may be suspended until payment is confirmed. A failed charge is not itself a cancellation request.\n\n\n\n\nCan I use the app indoors?Yes, but indoor GPS can be unreliable. Use a carefully placed manual point when accuracy is insufficient, and inspect the mapped footprint.\n\n\n\n\nWhich languages does the app include?English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Russian. The website’s optional GTranslate dropdown is a separate automatic translation feature.\n\n\n\n\nDoes the app work offline?The protected calculation workflow requires a network connection. Installing the website as a PWA does not make the private calculation engine available offline.\n\n\n\n\nAre outcomes guaranteed?No. Flying Star is presented as a traditional interpretive framework. The app does not guarantee wealth, health, relationship changes or future events.\n\n\n\nWhen cancellation takes effect\n\nCancel from your account or Stripe billing portal. Subscription app access ends immediately when cancellation is confirmed, including a cancellation scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy and applicable rights. An independently issued Cloudflare license has separate expiry and revocation rules."}]
