[{"title":"Privacy Policy","url":"https://flyingstar.online/privacy/","description":"How account, billing, location and support information is handled.","modified":"2026-10-30T13:26:49+00:00","text":"Effective date: October 29, 2026.\n\n\n\n\n\nInformation you provide\n\n\nWe process your account name, email address, password hash, verification state and acceptance records to create and administer membership. Stripe processes payment-method and billing information. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, trial dates and paid-access dates, not full card numbers or security codes.\n\n\nTrial eligibility and abuse prevention\n\n\nWe compare keyed hashes of canonical email addresses, normalized billing addresses and Stripe card fingerprints where available to reduce repeat-trial abuse. These are pseudonymous records, not anonymous data. We do not store the raw card number in this process. A shared household or billing arrangement can produce a match; use the contact form to request review. Trial eligibility and access checks are automated, with support review available.\n\n\nBuilding and location information\n\n\nWhen you request a reading, the browser sends the mapped coordinates, selected point, reported accuracy and relevant chart inputs to the WordPress server, which forwards them to the Cloudflare calculation service. The calculation code does not intentionally save these payloads as membership records or analytics events. Browser permissions control access to GPS and orientation information. You can choose a manual point instead of GPS.\n\n\nContact and verification forms\n\n\nContact details and message content are used to answer your request. Image CAPTCHA challenges are generated on the server, expire after ten minutes and can be used only once. The email-verification alternative temporarily stores the submitted message and sends a confirmation link. Unconfirmed contact tokens expire after one hour; verification tokens expire after 24 hours. Expired records are deleted by the scheduled cleanup, which depends on the host’s cron configuration.\n\n\nCookies, analytics and translation\n\n\nEssential cookies support WordPress authentication and security. A local preference remembers your analytics choice. Google Analytics with measurement ID G-KXYNPN8C5L is loaded for public pages only after you allow it; account, contact, registration and app screens are excluded by this theme. We do not send form contents, card details or mapped coordinates to Analytics. Your browser may retain pre-existing third-party cookies from other sites independently of this website.\n\n\nGTranslate is optional and processes public page content when you enable translation. The private account and app workflow does not use the theme’s automatic translator. The app has its own integrated languages. See the Cookie Policy for controls.\n\n\nService providers and international processing\n\n\nThe service uses its WordPress hosting provider, Cloudflare, Stripe and the configured email-delivery provider. Google Analytics and GTranslate apply when selected. Their processing may occur in countries other than yours. The operator must configure applicable contractual and transfer arrangements. Provider privacy notices describe their own processing; they do not replace this policy.\n\n\nRetention\n\n\nMembership records are kept while needed to provide the account and resolve billing or support matters. Trial-eligibility hashes are retained to enforce the one-trial rule, subject to applicable rights and legal obligations. Webhook event IDs are retained for 90 days to prevent duplicate processing. Rate-limit records and expired tokens are cleared by scheduled cleanup. Support correspondence, hosting logs, backups and Stripe financial records follow the operator’s documented retention schedule and applicable legal requirements; request details through the form.\n\n\nYour choices and requests\n\n\nYou can decline optional analytics, withdraw consent through Cookie preferences, choose manual location input and cancel recurring billing in the Stripe portal. Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion, objection or other applicable privacy requests. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools are integrated with membership records. Active subscriptions must be canceled and synchronized before membership erasure so deletion does not silently leave billing running. Some financial or legal records may need separate retention.\n\n\nSecurity and children\n\n\nWe use server-side access checks, signed calculation requests, webhook signature verification and rate limits. No system guarantees absolute security. This service is intended for adults; do not create an account for a child or submit a child’s personal information. Contact us if such information has been submitted.\n\n\nContact\n\n\nUse the privacy contact form. No public support email address is displayed on this website.\n\nAlternative license access\n\nA license is checked by our Cloudflare Worker. The browser receives a secure, HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to 24 hours. Raw license keys are not stored in WordPress or placed in page source. License sessions are necessary to provide licensed access; signing out revokes that session."}]
