Service and eligibility

FlyingStar provides access to a browser-based Flying Star interpretation tool and educational content. You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing details. Keep your credentials secure and do not share or resell access.

Trial and automatic recurring billing

Eligible subscribers receive a 30-day free trial after completing Stripe checkout with a payment method and billing address. The subscription automatically converts to $99 USD per month after the trial and continues on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. By confirming the subscription, you authorize these recurring charges under the terms displayed there.

Cancel before the trial expires to avoid the first charge. Cancel before a later renewal to avoid the next charge. App inactivity, deleting a shortcut or closing a browser does not cancel billing. Failed payment attempts are handled through Stripe’s configured recovery process; they do not constitute a cancellation request. Access may be suspended while payment remains unconfirmed.

Trial eligibility

One trial is offered per eligible customer, billing address and payment card, subject to server-side checks and review. Creating additional accounts or altering identifiers to obtain repeated free access is prohibited. Suspected duplicate trials receive no app access and are canceled before billing. Shared billing arrangements may be reviewed through the contact form. A paid subscription without another trial is a separate, explicit purchase choice.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage cancellation through Account and Stripe’s billing portal. Confirmed cancellation immediately ends subscription app access, including cancellation scheduled for period end. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Scope and limitations

Flying Star is a traditional interpretive practice. The service does not promise wealth, health, relationship outcomes or prediction accuracy. It is not medical, financial, legal, architectural or structural advice. Do not use it to override professional care, safe building use or other necessary practical judgment.

The current app supports calendar dates from 2024 through 2035 and a finite interpretation corpus. Device location and compass information may be inaccurate or unavailable. You are responsible for checking the building outline and chart assumptions. Network access, a compatible browser and required permissions are needed for protected calculations.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not attack the service, evade access controls, automate abusive requests, distribute credentials or attempt to obtain private calculation code through unauthorized access. You may use your exported readings for personal notes and lawful professional discussion consistent with your subscription. Do not falsely present our output as certified professional advice or redistribute the service as your own product.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages can interrupt access. We do not promise continuous availability. Material subscription-price changes require appropriate notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies; the current package does not automatically change Stripe prices. Content and software may be corrected or updated.

Responsibility and dispute handling

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied on an as-available basis and does not warrant a particular result. Liability limitations must be applied consistently with mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first with a specific issue so it can be investigated. The operator’s legal details and applicable jurisdiction are shown above when configured. Mandatory rights in your place of residence remain applicable where required.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancel from your account or Stripe billing portal. Subscription app access ends immediately when cancellation is confirmed, including a cancellation scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy and applicable rights. An independently issued Cloudflare license has separate expiry and revocation rules.
