Cancel before a charge is due
Eligible trials last 30 days and then become $99 USD/month automatically until canceled. To avoid the first charge, cancel in the Stripe billing portal before the trial expires. To avoid a subsequent monthly charge, cancel before the next renewal. Your account links to the billing portal.
What happens after cancellation
When cancellation is confirmed, subscription app access ends immediately, even if Stripe schedules billing cancellation for the end of a paid period. During a trial, confirm the cancellation timing shown by Stripe. Keep the confirmation. If you cannot access the portal, use the contact form promptly and identify the account.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect or otherwise requires review, submit a billing request through the contact form. Include the account email, charge date and amount, but never full card details. Each request is reviewed against the transaction history and applicable consumer rights. This policy does not promise an automatic refund or exclude refunds required by law.
A canceled subscription does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refunds issued in Stripe do not necessarily cancel a subscription; request both actions when that is your intention. The operator must confirm the resulting subscription status.
Duplicate-trial checks
A rejected duplicate free trial is canceled without granting app access. If a billing-address or card match is mistaken, request review before starting another checkout. Do not create repeated subscriptions to bypass a delayed eligibility decision.

When cancellation takes effect
Cancel from your account or Stripe billing portal. Subscription app access ends immediately when cancellation is confirmed, including a cancellation scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy and applicable rights. An independently issued Cloudflare license has separate expiry and revocation rules.
