Built-in support
The theme uses semantic headings, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts and reduced-motion preferences. Controls are designed for touch as well as a mouse. The journal includes clear article structure and a generated table of contents on wider screens.
Verification alternatives
Contact and account forms use a server-generated image CAPTCHA to reduce spam. If you cannot read the image, choose Use email verification instead. The confirmation link allows you to complete the request without solving the image. Rate limits still apply.
Application considerations
The app includes a manual location option when GPS is unavailable or unsuitable. Maps and compass interactions can still present accessibility challenges. Integrated app language options are separate from automatic website translation, which can alter labels or layout.
Report a barrier
Use the contact form’s email-verification alternative to report the page, device, browser, assistive technology and task affected. Share only what is useful to reproduce the issue. We do not claim that automated checks alone establish perfect accessibility on every device.
